Have you never done Paddle? You just need to know how to swim, an instructor from the center will teach you the fundamentals of the discipline during a preparatory briefing before heading out to sea! You will learn the safety rules and how to navigate the water with your paddle.
Strength your body and keep your gaze on the horizon to remain balanced on the board and push into your arms to move forward: you will work on your muscles without you even realizing it.

Join us 30 minutes from Vannes and 1 hour from Lorient in our nautical school located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys. Our instructors will be delighted to welcome you to our original facilities. In fact, we recycle old parts of our boats in order to adapt them to a new use. We hope you enjoy this atypical and unique decor!
