The setting for the class will be the Iongara beach, belonging to the town of Lugo, although if the waves were too strong for the activity we could move to the A Rapadoira beach , in Foz, very close to the first. The good thing about this environment is that they are coastal areas with a lot to see around them and the waves, so it is not the typical boring place where paddling on a board becomes just another way to exercise.
Our monitor in charge of the class will accompany you at all times. First we will work on a few techniques in the sand and then go into the sea and put these and other new ones into practice. The purpose of each class is for you to maintain balance with an upright posture and working other muscles that you didn't think about.
