It is a 3 km descent, aboard a Stand Up Paddle, to discover breathtaking places on the banks of the magnificent Hérault River. A fascinating activity, which will leave you speechless. This is an activity that will take place near Saint-Thibéry, just a few minutes from Agde, the flagship town of the Hérault department. . With a state-certified instructor, you will travel the river in his company, without any risk or danger. He will ensure your safety, giving you a complete and detailed briefing of the security measures to which you will need to pay attention, as well as the kind and relevant advice he will give you in order to hold on to the board and not lose your balance.
This descent is suitable for everyone from the age of 12 and does not require a certain physical condition to do it. So you can come with your family and spend pleasant moments with all your loved ones. It is still mandatory to know how to swim and to be accompanied by an adult if you are under 18 years old. The latter must certify his ability to swim with a certificate that he must present on the day of the activity.
