It is an activity that is both calming and fun, which you can do with your loved ones to spend memorable moments together. This outing will allow you to admire unique landscapes and exceptional of the Hérault department, while practicing a water sport of sliding which will allow you will relax and allow you to breathe fresh air and completely change your scenery and routine.
The latter is also supervised by a state-certified instructor. He knows the Hérault department to perfection and will be delighted to reveal to you one of its wonders: this lake with an area of 750 hectares. He will therefore accompany you on your adventure, to take a 3 km walk, to see the must-see corners of Salagou.
He will have previously given a briefing to you and the whole group, to talk about this fantastic place, the Paddle and its navigation techniques, then safety instructions to follow. He will watch over you and make sure your outing is as pleasant as possible.
Good to know:
- It is important to bring closed shoes, sunscreen and a hat.
- Don't forget to bring a bottle of water.
- From the age of 12, children can do this activity, provided they are accompanied by an adult capable of swimming.
