A typical place that will charm and seduce you. It's a3 km routewhich will allow you to navigate for an hour and a half.
Astate-certified instructorwill brief you once you arrive at the meeting place. This briefing will cover the sliding techniques on board a Stand Up Paddle, the safety rules once the walk started, but also the route you are going to follow. He will also be present throughout the entire outing, to supervise you and ensure that you have a great time in complete safety.
This activity is entertaining and friendly, which makes it perfect for all families and groups of friends who want to share moments of laughter and fun together.
Good to know:
- From the age of 12 you can participate in this activity.
- For minors to participate in this activity, an adult must take them under their responsibility. The latter must be perfectly capable of immersing himself in water and swimming a minimum of 25 m.
- Don't forget to protect yourself from the sun's rays with a hat and sunscreen.
- Closed shoes and a cord to hang your glasses are strongly recommended.
