During this 1.5 hour introductory course in a group of 2 to 8 people, you will have the opportunity to learn how to slide on water, balance and propel on water.

For 1 hour 30 minutes, you will explore the coastline and the estuary of the Franceville spot, all aboard your paddle! The Merville-Franceville beach, more frequently called Franceville, is located on theCôte Fleurie in Lower Normandyand offers you a breathtaking view of the cliffs, with its40 kilometers of coastline.
We are waiting for you at 1 bis boulevard Wattier to welcome you and explain the basics of this water sport. Once we have equipped you with the necessary equipment: wetsuit, paddle board, paddle..., we will go to the stand up paddle spot. Here we will perform the first balance exercises and we will give you the necessary instructions to practice this activity. Once you have understood the basics, we will head out onto the water, where everyone will progress according to their level. You will learn to stand, to paddle and to master the paddle, to adopt the right posture... After this course, you will be able to move around on the water independently and to fully enjoy sea trips at aboard this fun and sporty boat.
