We work in small groups of up to 8 people. We will illuminate the sea during the session and we will end with the launch by the attendees of a wishing lamp.
If you have a paddle surf board and bring it with you, we will deduct €4 from the SUP yoga session.
No experience is required, although it will be good for you to have practiced paddle surfing before. It is also not necessary that you have done yoga before. We are going to adapt to thelevel of the participants.
