It will be done in a session of 3 hours that will be developed as follows.
We begin with the explanation of the theory, which we will do on land. In this part we are going to teach you the elements used in paddle surfing, how they are used, how we should get on the board, paddle, stand up, the different positions, etc.
Once we are clear about several concepts, we will get into the water with the material. We will learn to enter and exit safely. Afterwards, we will begin to row, learn turns and various maneuvers.
The courses will be taught with a professional instructor, in groups of 4 students, maximum.
