This is a course in which you will learn everything necessary so that you can enjoy this activity with total autonomy. We will teach you the correct use and care of the material, stretching and warm-up processes and of course, how to paddle the board. We will do it by practicing the standing technique. We will also teach you how to do it on your knees and even sit on the board without going into the water.
In addition, for this quick course we include the rental of all the material, both the board and the paddle. With top brand equipment and fully cared for.
One of our concerns is that the attention is as personalized as possible, which is why the monitors will never be attending to groups greater than 10 people.
