Nordic Walking, which is suitable for anyone due to its ease, is practiced using two poles similar to those used in cross-country skiing.

Before discovering the wonders of the Susa Valley, our guides will provide you with a detailed theoretical lesson on the basic notions of this activity (lasting approximately one hour).
Once you have learned the fundamental rules, you will begin the outing with the help of "sticks": in this way you will be able to increase your energy consumption by 46% compared to a normal walk.
