General information
The duration of the entire lesson is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Deal overview
In the company of our Nordic walking instructors, with years of experience in the mountains, we organize an unforgettable Nordic Walking excursion in the Val di Susa.
Nordic Walking, which is suitable for anyone due to its ease, is practiced using two poles similar to those used in cross-country skiing.
Due to its characteristics, this sport is able to bring numerous benefits at a muscular and cardiovascular level.
Before discovering the wonders of the Susa Valley, our guides will provide you with a detailed theoretical lesson on the basic notions of this activity (lasting approximately one hour).
Once you have learned the fundamental rules, you will begin the outing with the help of "sticks": in this way you will be able to increase your energy consumption by 46% compared to a normal walk.
You will enjoy breathtaking views and see animal and plant species typical of the place.
What does the activity include
- Didactics by an instructor of the Italian Nordic Walking school
- Sticks needed for the excursion
The lesson will be carried out with a minimum of 2 participants.
