The Alpine Guides of Valsusa offer you the route of the Rouas (Bardonecchia) via ferrata in the morning: verticality and a bit of emptiness in complete safety (with all the necessary escapes in case of... great fears) and in the afternoon traveling Nordic walking lesson to work off the morning's adrenaline and loosen up the muscles of the whole body!
The via ferrata and the Nordic walking lesson are also suitable for beginners.

What does the activity include
- accompaniment and assistance by alpine guides on the via ferrata;
- loan of the personal equipment necessary to travel the via ferrata (harness, helmet, via ferrata lanyard);
- use of the necessary common material (ropes, carabiners);
- assistance and teaching by an instructor from the Italian School of Nordic Walking;
- loan of use ofNordic walking poles.

The scheduled time for the activity is from 9.00 to 16.30.
