Under the guidance of attentive and competent qualified alpine guides, the children will be able to learn the techniques for tackling the mountain safely and get to know the unique scenery made up of the splendid amphitheater of Alpe Pedriola, at the foot of Monte Rosa.
The meeting is set for Monday 23 July at 8.30 am at the departure of the chairlift in Pecetto, where the students will meet the guide to check the routine materials and undertake the ascent with the lift.
In the morning we will continue to the Zamboni-Zappa refuge.
During the week the course will address distinct specifications:
- rock climbing
- the basic notions of security
- self-help
- walking in the mountains
- rope games
- the notions regarding orientation.
What does the activity include
- mountain guide accompaniment
- R.C. insurance of the Guide,
- the cost of the refuge in full board treatment.
