The meeting point will be at the Cenote Yaxché, where you will practice snorkeling in an open mangrove so you can see the complexity and magnitude that the ecosystem is made up of. You will have the opportunity to explore the second largest underground river system in Yucatan where you will see what is found beneath the wildlife.
After touring the mangroves, we will explore by kayak the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. > thanks to its great importance of natural areas. You will find a large amount of wildlife where you can see resident and migratory birds of around 320 species. When sailing by kayak you will also find neotropical felines, sea turtles, crocodiles, tapirs and manatees you will live a great experience on this route that we have prepared for you.
We will paddle through some labyrinths of the Caapechen Lagoon where we will slide in a kayak through the mangroves and calm waters. We will visit some colonies of nesting birds such as frigates, spoonbills, gazettes and many more that we will see while we paddle while learning about the mangroves, history and ecosystem.
On the journey you will be accompanied by certified guides who will provide you with great knowledge about the mangroves, ecosystem, culture and more information that may be required on your kayak route and do snorkel. To carry out these activities we include kayak, paddles, mask, snorkel and fins. This way you will live one of the best experiences during your tour in these natural areas.
On this route the group will be small so that the transfer is easier and since we have a double or individual kayak, this way we can explore the labyrinths of the mangroves and the reserves with greater peace of mind with your family, friends or group companions.
