Our professional instructor will teach you the basic information that you'll need to go through this area and its characteristics. These activities have a duration of 6 hours, give or take, and slopes up from 1000 to 1200 metres.
The schedule of this course is the following:
Day one:
- Meeting at Gabardito shelter at 8.30 am with the professional instructor.
- Check-in and assignation of the equipment.
- Practice with the ice axe and crampons.
- Practices of self-arrest, descent, rope use, snow anchoring and rappelling.
- Explanation of the characteristics of the area.
- Meeting at Gabardito shelter at 8.30 am with the professional instructor.
- Practice with the theory learned the day before.
- We'll choose the route depending on the snow level and weather.
*We recommend you to bring mountain footwear and warm clothes.
**The activity depends on the snow level and weather.
***You can rent the equipment from us if you don't have it.
What does the activity include
- Necessary equipment (spade, rope and sounding line)
- HIgh mountain equipment

- Dossier with high mountain information
- Doesn't include the complete equipment (ice axe, crampons, helmet, harness, carabiner HMS, 3 plain 4m ropes, and 3 7 mm. x 1 m. cables)
