Tour and rafting in the Lacanjá River and accommodation 3 days

Enjoy 3 days of adventure and Chiapas culture with this tour in which we will have both archaeological tours prepared and rafting in the most fun sections of the Lacanjá River. You will have included accommodation in a cabin for 2 nights, local transfers and food on the experience days, in addition to the company of the best instructors.

On day 1 we will pick you up at the hotel where you are staying in San Cristóbal de las Casas at 6 in the morning to drive to the Agua Azul Waterfalls to observe them and enjoy its crystalline waters, we will continue with the Misol-ha waterfall to appreciate its 35-meter waterfall. Later we will go to Lacanjá Chansayab a community where we will find the camp where we will sleep, there we will enjoy a delicious lunch and later dinner .

For the second day, also early in the morning we will travel to Chol de Frontera Corozal, a community where a motor boat type boat will be waiting for us to enter the Usumacinta River, we will arrive to Yaxchilánone of the lost cities archaeologically speaking. Here we will receive a lot of cultural information about this beautiful settlement. We will continue going towards the Lacanjá River where the rafting adventure awaits us.

We will paddle through the flow of the river that will present us with different obstacles that will give excitement to this day. Enjoy the sequence of waterfalls that we will find along the way. When finished, we will walk through the archaeological zone to explore it and have lunch. Walking through the jungle we will return to the camp to rest and sleep.

As for the third day, we will dedicate the morning to visiting the archaeological ruins of Bonampak where we can see very well preserved murals. Following this visit we will now enter Palenque where we will soak up a lot of Mayan culture. This will be the end of 3 magnificent days.
