The expected duration of the Basic course is half a day.

Come and take part in our Basic Mountainbike course, immersed in the beauty of Umbria you will start from the first approaches to the bike until you discover yourself more skilled in the practice.
During the excursions you will be guided by a Master of the Italian Cycling Federation who will give you continuous indications on the position on the bike, and therefore improve your posture, from which all the teaching to improve in the technical passages starts.
During the journey you will find natural obstacles where the overcoming techniques explained by the teacher will be applied.
The tests will be repeated for as long as necessary to learn them best: All Mountain, Enduro, Cross Country, Down Hill< excursions /strong> and Free Ride, technical improvements on out of the saddle, curves, maximum gradient descent on rough and slippery surfaces.
