- We welcome you to our shop and provide you with the safety equipment necessary for the ride (helmet and poncho in rainy weather). Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to equip yourself and prepare for departure.

The walk is supervised by an instructor also playing the role of guide: he will introduce you to the history of Lyon and its heritage treasures. Among other things, the route you will follow passes by the Opéra, the Place des Terreauxand the relaxing banks of the Rhône.
- Once at Tête d'Or, a getaway into the heart of nature awaits you, without even leaving the city walls! By bicycle, have all the speed and comfort necessary to contemplate the zooand the tropical greenhouses of the urban park, and stop at its fabulous rose garden strong>to benefit from its soothing virtues.
