This all-inclusive stay takes you for 4 days and 3 nights in the company of qualified instructors
- 1st day: Apt-Sivergues (24 km; D+ 1000 m)
- 2nd Day: Sivergues-Rustrel (50 km; D+ 1100 m)
- 3rd Day: Rustrel-Villars (42 kml; D+ 1500m)
- 4th day: Villars-Apt (34 km; D+ 750 m)
This stay is reserved for people who already have a good mastery of basic mountain biking techniques and are in good physical condition. Steep slopes will be on the program!

Dispersion: 4:00 p.m. in Apt (84) or 8:00 p.m. in Rumilly (74)
Physical level: Person in good physical condition for mountain biking
Technical level: Mastery of basic mountain biking techniques, tackling steep slopes and crossing the
most obstacles
Supervision: Christophe LERAY or Francis DUFOUR
Portage: Your belongings for the day, possibly the lunchtime picnic in a personal backpack
What does the activity include
- Full board (meals from Wednesday evening to Saturday lunchtime, picnics) accommodation
- Supervision by a state-certified instructor
- The A/R transfer Rumilly (74) - Apt (84).
The price does not include:
- The picnic of the first day
- The equipment necessary for mountain biking, drinks, extra personal items. Note that we can rent equipment: bike, helmet, etc. to be paid on site if you do not have your own equipment.
