La Tête d'Or is 117 hectares of vegetation, walking paths, greenhouses, and charming shaded flower beds. We access it via the quays of the Rhône and the Saône, from which you can contemplate the Renaissance architecture of the historic districts of Lyon, 'go as on the way back. Once in the park, we will take a detour to its zoo, where you may be lucky enough to see giraffes and pink flamingos!
The excursion is entirely supervised by a passionate and experienced instructor-guide, who will lead you safely and will be able to resolve any technical problems or questions during the trip. Between sporting adventure and heritage discovery, our team will tell you the history of Lyon, from the Roman city of Lugdunum to the contemporary metropolis: hold on to your handlebars, time travel starts now!
During the activity, we will take a few breaks during which you can rest and take a few shots.
Good to know:
- The ride is accessible to thegeneral public, the only condition is to know how to pedal!
- It is necessary to be at least 1.50 m tall: otherwise, it is possible to carry out the activity with your own bicycle.
- For toddlers, we provide child seats to place on your bike.
