We offer a spectacular mountain bike technique course, which we are going to develop in Madrid. Are you in?
The modality that we are going to work on in the course is cross country. We will work from a basic level to a medium level, and we will try to ensure that you achieve the maximum possible evolution by the time the sessions have ended.
The classes are designed for people 14 years and older. For children we have other types of classes. Ask us if you are interested.
The sessions we teach are essential so that you can then do your day-to-day routes or long-distance journeys with maximum safety.
We start with techniques to lift the wheels and overcome steps, positioning, taking curves, skidding, emergency braking, pump track, drops...
During the 7 days of the course you will practice techniques that you have never done before, but if you follow the instructor's instructions, you are almost guaranteed that you will reach the average level indicated by the course. If you cannot attend a class, you can make it up, pending scheduling this make-up with the time of the teacher and the student. Ask us about the extra cost of these classes.
Classes last between 2 and 3 hours. You can't miss the first three classes, since they are the most important of the course. Those that will help you overcome fears, to be more determined, to face challenges.
To come to the classes you will need a mountain bike, helmet, clothing appropriate to the season, basic tools (if you don't have them, ask us), a light and healthy picnic, and lights if they are needed at the time. br />
