Do you have a child between 4 and 13 years old? Sign up for our fun mountain bike classes, which we do at the Casa de Campo!
These sessions take place on Sundays, at 4:15 pm. To do this we are going to meet at the door of the Lago Metro station, right next to the activity development area.
Some specific classes take place in other places (IFEMA, El Pardo, the mountains...), but almost all of them will be held in Casa de Campo.
You must keep in mind that these classes are aimed at children who already know how to ride a bicycle on two wheels, without training wheels. In these sessions we do not teach that transition. If you are interested in these types of classes, contact us.
What we teach in the sessions are the following points:
- Bicycle handling techniques.
- Road education rules.
- Orientation and geocatching.
- Day and night routes.
- Make small repairs, such as installing the chain or fixing a puncture.
Parents can be present, but will not be able to interact. For example, if the child has a fall, the monitor will be in charge of helping him.
For the activity, all participants must come with a well-adjusted bicycle, helmet, gloves, appropriate clothing, backpack with a light snack, compass with support, repair kit, extra camera, front and rear lights. Contact us for more details.
If you plan to bring your child to classes every Sunday, ask us about our even more economical quarterly and annual bonuses.
Generally the groups of children are between 10 and 30 at a time.
