To get to know the Saja River and the entire environment that surrounds it (including the San Martín de la Arena estuary), we propose a MTB route.
We will go from the mouth to Barros, following the La Ribera path. It is a 20 km path that passes through Suances, Torrelavega and also through Los Corrales de Buelna.
The tour is done autonomously, that is, we leave you the material and you go on your own.
The path is smooth, so adults and children can come. While we pedal we will see ducks, cormorants, herons, seagulls, kestrels, goldfinches...
If you come with small children, we can provide you with special chairs or strollers.
We will pass through the estuary, an area where salt water and fresh water mix.
You must reserve 4 days minimum in advance.

Good afternoon: My partner had a mishap with the vehicle, and we warned of it and for that reason we told them it would be late for the delivery of bicycles. For your return we indicated that if they did not find us in the normal schedule they would leave the bikes along with the rest of bikes that are in the cribs exposed in the street to the public. It is what we tell them all because the bikes are not saved during the day. We are glad that you liked the route, which we explained to everyone before leaving, although this is perfectly signposted in all its route and also have on our website the itinerary with all kinds of explanations by stages.
