We invite you to introduce yourself to the world of kitesurfing, thanks to an initiation consisting of two sessions. This is perfect for novices and beginners, allowing them to discover the most basic kitesurfing techniques, in order to better understand and understand this sport. It is both an entertaining and enriching activity that we suggest.
These introductory sessions take place in the Vendée department, in the commune of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. It is 25 minutes from Sables-d'Olonne and 35 minutes from Roche-sur-Yon. However, depending on security measures, we may have to travel to the town of Saint-Gilles-Crois-de-Vie or to Saint-Hillaire-de-Riez strong>.
On your arrival, you will find your instructor, a BPJEPS graduate from the National School of Sailing and Water Sports. He is passionate and an educator and will be happy to introduce you to kitesurfing and share his passion with you. He will welcome you and give you a briefing on the progress of the two sessions.
He will also give you safety instructions, which you must follow throughout this experience. He will then present the equipment and the usefulness of each material to you. He will introduce you to the flight window and itssafety system, then the correct and safe way to rig the kite wing.
You will also learn the techniques of moving with the wing, as well as towed swimming. At the end of these two sessions, you will be able to get on the board, with the supervision and support of an instructor.
