This is a kitesurfing course aimed at introducing you to and familiarizing yourself with this water sport of gliding on the water. A sensational way to travel and evolve on the magnificent Mediterranean Sea. You will learn to keep your balance on your board, but also to use your wing, in order to defy the wind and glide on the water. One thing is certain; if you are thirsty for adrenaline, you will be served.
This three-hour activity will take place in the south of the Var department, at the magnificent Almanarre Bay, a must for kitesurfing enthusiasts. strong>. The latter is only 30 minutes by car from Toulon, but also an hour's drive from Cavalaire-sur-Merand La Ciotat .
Thematerial necessary for this course will be loaned to you, in particular the safety equipment such as the suit, the harness, the radio headset. You will also have at your disposal a high quality board and wing. You will therefore have no reason to worry about anything other than your adventure.
In addition, a state qualified kitesurfing instructor will be at your disposal to accompany you, guide you and teach you the theory and practice of this breathtaking discipline. In a briefing, he will talk to you about safety measures, basic techniques for controlling your kite and handling your board on the water. You will then be able to start practicing everything you have acquired.
