Upon arrival, we will provide you with all the equipment you will use, including safety equipment. We will introduce you to who will be your instructor and together with him, you will enjoy this water sport in an exclusive way. It will teach you the necessary theory, the equipment used with its respective functionality and how to adapt to it. Everything personalized and made for you.

You will begin this initiation class on land, here you will learn to ride the board along with the harness and the paraglider. They will teach you how to raise it and jump into the water. You will practice the movements and postures that your instructor indicates, as soon as you feel ready, your practice will begin in the water. Another benefit of learning on this island is that its waters have the tranquility necessary to dare and master the board on them, driven by the wind.

This sport is progressive and with practice, you will be able to practice it without any problem. There is no more ideal destination in the State of Yucatán than the Island of Holbox to learn kitesurfing. With this 3-day course, you will be able to learn from the most basic to the best techniques to be able to glide over the paradisiacal waters of theGulf of Mexico.

Accompanied by the best instructors, who will dedicate 3 hours a day to your learning, you will start the first day with the theoretical part, where you will hear the history and how this sport emerged, the different safety systems and what to do in certain circumstances as well as controlling the paraglider in the water. Because the course will be solely for you, we will be able to accommodate your progress and way of learning. We also include all the equipment, which will be in the best conditions to offer you the best quality.

The second day, we will dedicate it to practicing over and over again the correct way to control the paraglider, you have to completely master this step. You will learn the different ways to control power and know how to handle and boost it. This day will be interesting because you will also learn how to undertake jumps and how to land.

On the third day, we will give you instructions for the introduction to the board, its functionality and how to handle it. You will learn how to slide and once in the water, we will go in to perform the practical test. You will start your first navigations and put all your knowledge and techniques learned to surprise us.

The entire course is9 hours, divided into 3 hours per day. The instructors who will train you have IKO certification and therefore, you will be learning from the best. It will be 3 days full of fun, dips, jumps and fun falls but in the end, it will be worth it.
