This experience is divided into two large main parts.
First part:
- 1 hour of theory on land (safety rules and regulations, meteorology, preparation, terminology and equipment assembly);
- 3 hours of practice in the water (first piloting with short cables and relaunching the kite from the water) and a body drag (dragging the body into the water with the help of the kite).
- Body Drag Upwind: Dragging the body into the water with the aid of the sail to recover the board;
- Ower Stroke: Power exercises with the sail for the start with the board ;
- Steady pull: Preparatory exercises for starting with the board;
- Water start: Attempts to start with the board with the first glides of a few metres.
