So don't miss this opportunity and get ready for these 5 hours of kiting, to be experienced together with a professional instructor, at our centre, in San Giovanni Suergiu, in the South of Sardinia.

When you arrive at our office, you will be greeted professionally by our IKO certified instructors.

The 5 hour course is divided into two parts.

Part one:

1 hour of theory on the ground (safety rules and regulations, meteorology, preparation, terminology and equipment assembly);
2 hours of practice in the water (first piloting with short cables and relaunching the kite from the water) and a body drag (dragging the body into the water with the help of the kite).

The last 2 hours which constitute the second part, however, will be organized as follows:

Body Drag Upwind: Dragging the body into the water with the aid of the sail to recover the board;
Ower Stroke: Power exercises with the sail for the start with the board ;
Steady pull: Preparatory exercises for starting with the board;
Water start: Attempts to start with the board with the first glides of a few metres.

It will be an incredible experience, during which you will learn while having fun in total safety.
