We will pick you up at your hotel to be at the starting point at 7:30 am, this with the aim of starting to paddle contemplating the sunrise in front of us, a unique experience of seeing the sun rise of the sea while you paddle your kayak. We will row to the island and may find a friend along the way, sometimes a turtle or dolphin will come to accompany us on our journey.
We will arrive at the Island of Sacrifices with its 450m long and 198m wide located in the Gulf of Mexico. We will head towards the shallows in front of the island to do some snorkeling and you can observe the beauty of the Veracruzano Reef System National Marine Park of which the island is a part. A great experience to discover the flora and fauna that lives here.
We will anchor and take a break enjoying the rays of the sun and the sea breeze. If we are allowed, we will go down to the island for a moment so you can take some photos and then head back to the bay.
It is not necessary to have experience paddling kayaks, however you do need to know how to swim, if not, it is important that you notify your guide. Before starting the activity we will give an initial class and we will provide you with a life jacket so that you are safe during the journey.
What should you bring to the tour? It is necessary to bring a swimsuit, cap, optional glasses, water shoes or flip-flops. We recommend not wearing denim clothing or shoes not suitable for water. What you should not bring are electronic objects or any items that can be damaged by water since everything gets wet.
Come enjoy this tour as a couple, with your friends or family. The kayak can be single or double. It is an ideal plan to share and carry out a different and fun activity, discovering new corners of our country.
