We will start with a instruction on landboth theoretical and practical of about 5 minutes so that you know the basic movements that you will have to perform on the board. Having assumed the knowledge, it is time to take action: navigate the Guadalquivir.

You can do this water sport at 10, 12 in the morning, or 6 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday. On weekends you can only opt for the 10am or 12am shifts.
