Did you know that on the Alicante coast you can find the most peculiar aquatic caves? If you didn't know, now you have the opportunity to get to know this wonderful place on our kayak route to Cova Tallada. A calm navigation through crystal clear waters of theMediterranean awaits you.
We will leave from Dénia, and we will begin a journey that will take us approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. But for that, we will be well equipped and you will receive prior instructions on safety, kayak management and itinerary to follow. Before starting to paddle, we will take some photos to remember this beautiful moment.
Once in the water, we have about 20 minutes until we reach the cave, where we will disembark to begin caving. As the cave will have points where light is scarce, we will use headlamps (which we will provide you) and, following the group guides at all times, we will enter the interior of the cave.
Once inside, you will discover why it is called "carved cave"; because we remember for those of you who have never been, that it was excavated by man centuries ago. In addition, the monitor will tell you about the way the stone was extracted and the water storage that was used.
After this exploration session through the cave, we will return to the kayaks to grab our snorkel masks and go for a dip surrounded by fish. Being a marine reserve we are going to have a great variety and quantity of them, as well as urchins.
After the swim, and having become hungry, we give you a small snack that we prepared for you, so you can return to the kayak with strength and return to the beach.
