I had a bad customer experience. The jet skiing was ok, you have a lot of freedom to do your own thing while two guys supervise that you don't do anything stupid. So that's the good part.
The bad part is the way they handled us as customers. For starters, when we arrived, there was a lot of confusion as if they never prepared for bookings through yumping. The support for yumping bookings is not great. Furthermore, while their page emphasizes that they will take pictures and provide a complimentary drinks, no such thing happened.
Furthermore, when I asked about this they did two things wrong instead of working towards solutions: First shifting the blame on me (actually in a quite rude way) and second, trying to shift the blame on yumping. Never again with this company! -
