Go on horseback to take a grand tour of the Bénou plateau. Our horses are calm and they know the surroundings very well. You don't have to worry if it's your first time riding. Our guide and our tourist guide will be there to support you and lead you through the mountains. They master the cavalry and the surrounding area. They will be able to adapt the itinerary to your wishes and give you a horse that suits you and that you will get along well with.
This walk in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques will be exceptional! You will cross the Bénou plateau in the Ossau valley on the road to the Col de Marie-Blanque. You will be able to contemplate the rock of Aran and the crests of Lazerque. You will have the chance to admire breathtaking mountain panoramas and Stone Age cromlechs.
If you are an adventurer and you like atypical experiences rich in emotions, this horseback riding is made for you. You will love it.
Although we lend you the equipment for the horses, we recommend that you dress in comfortable clothing for riding a horse. Trousers and a pair of boots or sneakers will be ideal.
We are located just 40 minutes from the city of Pau. You can join our ranch in Bilhères, a small village in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our team. They will introduce you to our horses, and show you how to take care of and equip them. This is ideal for having a first approach with the animal and for feeling confident. You will be able to prepare yourself after a short briefing on how the activity will take place.
