We suggest you go on an outing in the mountains near Corte, where you will be expected to start it in the company of a qualified instructor. 

As it is a almost 3 hour ride, you must have already taken your first steps on a horseback and be able to adapt to several types of steps. In particular, you will be required to go up and down through rocky paths.

You will visit, through the Corsican maquis, in addition to the mountains and rivers, some cheese cellars typical of the region. From the heights, you will have a privileged view of the Restonica Gorges and the Citadel of Corte, among others.
