From 3 years old, your child can get to know the pony during a 30-minute ride in our pony club in Chamoy, in Aube. This discovery formula welcomes a maximum of two children at a time, always with Cindy, our instructor. Our stable has carried the Pony Club de France label from the French Equestrian Federation since 2018.
The first quarter of an hour is spent on foot. Your child will approach his pony and brush it himself without the help of parents, following the instructor's advice. He will then climb into the saddle for a second quarter of an hour ride. At this age, we favor an active teaching method where the child tries and discovers for himself while the instructor corrects and completes. This support works on his balance and coordination, but also on his laterality and his self-confidence.
Good to know: this formula is reserved for children aged 3 to 5, and from 6 years old they move on to our one-hour ride, which begins with half an hour of preparing the mount.
What does the activity include

- 15 minutes ride on the back of the pony
