We were 4 people, two adults and two children. One of the children was 6 years old and could not do the activity, which was not previously notified to us.
In addition, one of the adults had to stay with him, so he could not do the activity either. We were not offered any alternative or refund for this.Company's response:
When they called me to make the reservation, I was never told that a child under 6 years old was coming.
They were offered that the child stay at the equestrian center with a monitor doing the activity according to his age. While the rest of the family headed out on the road. Since it was nothing personal, although that's what they seemed to do, we were only looking out for the safety of a minor.
His mother did not want that option.
After all, the adult who did not want to ride to stay with the child was offered to do the route later, since the child's father had already done it and it seemed that the problem was that the child did not want to stay there without his parents, although he would stay with more children and a monitor, which he also refused.
