Admire the landscape of Bologna and enjoy its most beautiful and fun places with this 1-day horseback riding route that takes you through all its best views. You will be able to discover its strait and the green of the pine forests that paint the area. In addition, you can admire its immense dunes and the unforgettable color that the sea inks.

The route begins in the Cortijo until reaching the Sierra de la Plata. From this point, you can admire Atlanterra, its most famous urbanization. There you will be able to see the many chalets and luxury houses that make this area become an admirable architectural landscape.

Crossing Atlanterra, you will reach Agua en Medio, one of its best-known beaches for its wonderful golden sands and transparent waters that give the coasts a unique color. From this beach you will start the tour until you go up to the Camarinal Lighthouse, from where you can enjoy the Trafalgar, Barbate and Vejer Lighthouses, and of course Caños de Meca. And you can even have a view, on clear days, of Africa.

You will get to know the Stretch Park and follow its paths and trails where you will meet its animals such as sheep and goats. This park was the scene of commercial relations with Africa and is one of the main routes in the cultural exchange of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Therefore, you will be able to discover its many archaeological, artistic and ethnographic sites that arise from the mixture of all the cultures that met there and that later gave rise to Andalusian culture.

At the end of the route through the park, you will reach the Bolonia cove and you will be able to enjoy the Roman ruins that Baelo Claudia left behind. This ancient construction is right on the beach, you can learn about its extraordinary history. It was a factory city as a result of its location. Its conservation makes it a current wonder and its dimensions offer the possibility of studying it in depth.

From this location, you will reach the Bolonia pine forest where you will rest before returning. Here you can enjoy a relaxing swim in the refreshing waters of the coast or take a walk among the pine forests and enjoy their shade.

During this break, you can enjoy a small picnic to replenish your energy before returning to the Zahara.
