If you love horses and nature, you absolutely cannot miss the chance to spend a weekend on horseback in Basilicata!
It will be a peaceful and relaxing experience that will allow you to unplug for a while from the daily grind.
The weekend will begin on Saturday around 3.00 pm, when we will meet in Pignola, not far from Potenza , and you will check-in to the Bed&Breakfast where you will spend the night.
Once settled in the homes, we will set off in the direction of the riding stables where a briefing will be carried out and the horses will be prepared for departure, which is scheduled for 4.00 pm .
The first stop on the horseback itinerary is the Church of San Michele, which you can visit before returning to the riding stables around 6.00 pm, and after having freshened up, you will dine with typical traditional dishes in the company of our knights.
The next day we will leave at 9.30 to reach the riding school and, after saddling the horses, we will set off in the direction of Monte Serranetta. At 1.00 pm there will be a typical lunch in a farmhouse, which you will reach on horseback.
After lunch, around 3.00pm we will return to the riding school to conclude the horse riding experience in the uncontaminated nature of Basilicata.
