This Nordic walking course consists of two parts, a theoretical part where we will teach you a little history about this modality and about the poles and their parts, so that Know how to use them correctly to facilitate your walk, and the practical part, where you will start with a warm-up and end up walking and discovering incredible areas.
In total there will be about 3 hours of experience that you will choose how to distribute them, 2 different days in two weeks, that is, 1.5 hours each day, or only 3 hours in one day.
