Hike to Temazcal spring and bath in Nanciyaga

On this tour, we make contact with our spirit and Mother Earth, live this experience of spiritual cleansing and learn about the culture that has remained for years in Los Tuxtlas, specifically in Nanciyaga. We have prepared a couple of hours for you in which we will walk through the jungle, to find both the spring and a mystical temazcal.

Starting with the activity of Temazcal, which consists of a relaxing steam bath, comes from pre-Hispanic culture, which is used as a means of classical medicine. Guided by our instructors who are also native, you will live an experience full of mysticism, magic and good energy. Open your arms and let yourself go.

This activity is carried out in veneration of the womb of the so-called mother earth, creating a kind of light in the middle of the jungle. Through the steam that is caused, your pores will open, creating a pure and renewing experience where the Shaman will be interacting with you.

You also have access to a bath in a spring with mineral water that strengthens the cleaning and purification that the shaman previously performed. So after living this adventure, you will be a new person, full of positive energy and freed from stress.
