We will begin this fantastic day, arriving at a coffee farm located in the highest part of the great Sierra Madre of Oaxaca. Here, thanks to a professional of this ancient drink, you will learn step by step about its sowing, cultivation and manufacturing, as well as the different types of grain. Of course, we won't leave without first tasting one of the best organic coffees in the country.
Finishing this first tour, we will begin the walk towards the Magic Waterfalls, we will come across the Copalita River until we reach the pools of crystalline water that it forms. Arriving here, we can relax and enter these delicious waters, if you want to do some jumping, you can do it too.
After finishing the walk and a little swimming, we will head to a farm where we can try exquisite Oaxacan dishes, made by an excellent local cook. And here, this day of adventure will not end, they will take us to visit a herbalist on the side of the farm.
As you can read, Huatulco hides many treasures, not everything is just beach.
