It is a 3-day course where teachers and professional high mountain guides will talk to you about this medium, teach you the proper use of the material, we will learn different progression techniques and we will even practice rappelling. .
You will learn to use ice axes and crampons, self-arrest techniques, the use of ropes on glaciers and simultaneous progression.
We will also teach you snow safety protocols (DVA).
A great experience for all those people who like mountaineering and other mountain sports.
