We propose an activity in which you will not only be able to observe beautiful views of the countryside but you will also learn a new sport that will strengthen your muscles: it is a basic Nordic walking session that will take place near from Barcelona, less than an hour by car approximately.
A Nordic walking is an exercise in which you will walk through natural spaces at a gentle but constant pace, and in this way you will work your muscles, mobility and cardiovascular system in a healthy way and in an outdoor environment.
You will receive a theoretical class at the beginning of the activity as an introduction so that you can get into the subject, and then we will proceed to the practical session in which we will provide you with a cane that will help you will help to start the walk.
An expert instructor and a technician will accompany you during the activity, which will last 2 hours, after which you will feel new, healthier and full of vitality.
