There is no suitable place for companions, it is very crowded for the price the experience is worth.Company's response:
Hello M. Consuelo,
We are very sorry that your experience with us was not positive. We are known for our good service and we are disappointed that we did not live up to this occasion.
For reasons of safety and comfort for companions, we always recommend that they wait in the Aeroclub area. If you want, you can contact us so we can talk to you and thus continue improving our service.
Thank you,

The waiting time (1 hour) was excessive, it was somewhat compensated by the photos that could be taken with the helicopter stopped that previous users could not. -

Everything was very good: breakfast, treatment by the workers, facilities and a very interesting helicopter. But I did miss being able to comment or ask the pilot some things during the flight.Company's response:
Hello Yolanda,
We greatly appreciate your comments. We focus every day to offer good service to all our clients and we are happy to know that your general feeling is positive,
Regarding being able to talk to the pilot, it was the aeronautical authorities who told us that on the tours, we should not wear communication helmets so as not to hinder the pilot's continuous communications with the corresponding control towers, since the passengers They tend to talk to each other a lot. And on the other hand, also because of the wiring issue, since since they cannot be wireless, passengers accidentally stretch and break them when getting on and off (and each headset on this type of helicopter is worth more than €1000). !). These are the reasons why, for the moment, clients have to go with mutes.
We hope to have you here again on another occasion and if you want, for another type of flight.
Greetings,
