The activity consists of designing and creating an F1 vehicle, where you will have to work on communication and leadership skills along with change management and time, since you have between 1 hour and a half and 2 hours to complete the vehicle.
You have to develop and bring out your most creative side to be able to build the best racing car. Imagination and originality, that will be what you will need with the help of your colleagues to create the most envied car. Here teamwork is essential, since each team will have a decisive role in the design of the vehicle.
