Our first place to visit will be an old hacienda called Yaxcopoil in which we can appreciate a great pre-Hispanic and colonial influence, thanks to its years of existence. In the company of the guide we will tour its interior, finding large rooms decorated with European furniture as well as large gardens decorated with flowers of all colors.
We will continue traveling towards Uxmal, one of the most important archaeological zones and where they will explain to us how important each of its 15 buildings were. You cannot miss the Pyramid of the Fortune Teller which legend has it was built by a dwarf in a single night. This part of Mayan history will be very interesting.
Don't miss the Governor's House or the Convent either, the latter used to teach classes not only to priests but also to astrologers and even healers. Without a doubt Uxmal will give you more than you expect, we are convinced.
Before going swimming in the beautiful cenote, we will go to the restaurant to eat and taste Yucatecan dishes.
