Decide on an excursion that is full of tradition and gives good examples of the customs of the area with a small foray into its cuisine.

First of all, the Urkiola Sanctuary will welcome us, regularly visited by the local population in search of protection and advice. A few steps away we will stay at the Mirador de las 3 cruzes that will allow us to see the mountain range that surrounds the entire area with its peaks rising impassively over the centuries.

It will take us around 1 more hour to get to know the Natural Park in more detail. And from there we will go to relax in a hamlet where we will be told how the shepherds work in collaboration with their dogs, within the Atxondo valley. Elorrio and its necropolis will be the point at which we will mark the end of our incredible trip.
