We will begin the day, traveling to Xalapa from the City of Veracruz, arriving we will go to the Anthropology Museum which is considered the second most important in the Mexican Republic. Here we can appreciate a large collection of Mesoamerican pre-Hispanic art, we will find mixtures of different cultures such as the Totonaca, Huasteca and the Olmec culture.
The second stage of this trip will consist of going to "La Joya", a special place where we can taste delicious cheeses and enjoy a little more of Veracruz gastronomy. We will continue with the visit to the San Carlos Fort, located in Perote, this building is a clear example of military fortresses in the era of New Spain.
We will walk through the historic center of Perote, where we will refresh ourselves with its comfortable climate and continue enjoying the local cuisine, we will be filled with flavors!
