Access to chocolate sanctuary in Cobá and cenote

Fill yourself with Mayan culture in our Chocolate Sanctuary located just a few minutes from the ruins in Cobá, join this tour where you will also have the opportunity to swim in cenotesand learn about the world of bees and honey. This sensory, aromatic and cultural experience will be approximately 4 hours or half a day long.

We will welcome you with a Mayan ritual led by a shaman that will fill us with pure positive energy. We will continue walking through the premises accompanied by experts who will tell us the history of cocoa and how the seeds were important for economic exchange in ancient times. This stage also has its practical part, since they will teach us how to toast the seed and grind it to make our own chocolate.

We will observe the melipona bee, which is the only species that does not have a sting, you will learn about its importance and conservation. Continuing, we will attend a workshop where we will make soap based on honey. At the end we will go to eat and of course, the dishes will be made with honey and chocolate.

We will end this tour in Cobá, swimming in an exclusive cenote where you will be filled with more positive energy and swim in its calm and refreshing waters.
