If you are interested in taking care of your diet and practicing the "slow food" philosophy, which consists of combining pleasure and knowledge, you have to take this guided tour of the municipality's food market. Barcelona from Vilanova. In around 3 hours, you will get to know this very popular center (where neighbors meet every day), you will take a gastronomic preparation workshop and you will taste some of the delicious dishes that we will prepare.
The market, which was inaugurated in 1941, has 78 stalls where many producers offer their best items every day. Knowing the variety of your local merchandise is an excellent decision to make more conscious and responsible consumption.
As part of the activity, we will do a gastronomic course in which we will work with local and fresh ingredients. The idea is that we prepare typical dishes of the Mediterranean diet, to highlight this type of recipes.
After having worked with the combination of the different flavors and having enjoyed the aromas of the kitchen, we will begin to taste the food, as a reward for our day.
