Taste various types of artisan cheeses in Hidalgo.

We will meet at the hotel located on Av. Hidalgo in front of Jardín Zaragoza. We will visit the Atlán cheese factory, a famous cheese industry with more than 70 years, where they will show us the entire process of making artisanal cheeses. At the end we will go to tour the amazing aqueducts of El Saucillo and the Sacred Cave.

We will discover those corners of the center of Huichapan, such as the historic balcony "El Chapitel", where the independence group of the new Spain, today known as Mexico, was commemorated. Our guides will be with you at all times, explaining and supporting you with whatever you need, we will recommend places to eat and experience Huichapense gastronomy.
